摘要
根据麝鼠香腺的形态发育,将其划分为非泌香期、香腺发育期、泌香盛期和泌香持续期4个时期.通过对192只成年雄性麝鼠分另进行5次活体取香,每只取香量累计达2.65±0.32g。非泌香期肌注丙酸睾丸素5mg/kg。可诱导雄麝鼠香腺的发育和泌香。通过饲养繁殖观察,证明雄体取香对配偶雌体繁殖无不良影响。
The scent gland morphological developments of musk rat(Ondatra zibethica) were determined in different seasons and divided into four stages of development: non-scent secreting stage ) scent gland development stage) peak level stage of scent-secreting and constant scent-secreting stage. The scent was collected from 192 musk rats based on the morphological sturctures and histological characteristics of the muskrat scent gland at different scent-secreting stages.With five times of counting scent from one muskrat per year the total output of scent collected come to 2. 651±0.32 g Intramuscular injection of 5 mg /kg of testosterone propionate could induce the scent gland development and scent-secreting on muskrat during no-scent secreting period, and the level of scent-secreting reach the same peak as that at the stage of scent-secreting.Feeding experiments proved that there was no effect of scent-collecting artificially on the reproductivity of the mating female muskrat.
