摘要
“Color revolutions” (or “orange revolutions”) broke out in some of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the past couple of years, reminiscent of the drama of disintegration of the former Soviet bloc at the turn of the 1990s. Why those upheavals came hot on the heels of the Soviet collapses merely a dozen or so years ago? Are we expecting more domino effects down the road? What geographical repercussions will they spark? A panel discussion was held on the topic and their views published in the journal.
