The optimization of different combinations and distributions between Danshen and Sanqi along with synthetical information evaluation

配伍配比是方剂的核心与灵魂所在,是中医药的特色和优势,它既不是简单的药物作用在数量上的相加,也不是机械的毒副反应的抵消,而是在辨证立法基础上,以法统方,立方遣药,有序组合而成的有制之师。本研究以复方丹参方中的丹参、三七为对象,采用整体动物模型和离体细胞模型,对二者的配伍配比进行了优选研究,并利用数学方法对实验所得生物信息进行综合评价,得到适宜配比,为中成药的二次开发建立了一种新模式。

Combinations and distributions are the core of formula, It is not simple adding of different components, but is well-regulated combination, Our group had been studying the optimization of different combinations and distributions between Danshen and Sanqi in vivo or vitro for 3 years. We also evaluated synthetically experimental information by mathematics method and established a mode for the second development of some simple, characteristic and effective formulas.
