摘要
“拯民者莫如实惠”的道德实践活动,是忽必烈在吸取儒家伦理思想基础上对祖宗“武功迭兴,文治多缺,五十余年于此矣”问题的改造,亦是对当时理学家、法家“义”“利”对立观点的解决。从“拯民者莫如实惠”的道德实践活动可以管窥包容性和实际功用性是忽必烈伦理思想的两大特点。
Taking up the ethics of Confucianism, Khubilai reformed the traditional way of ruling of Mongolia and resolved the contradiction between “Yi” and “Li”, thus formed the moral Practice of “saving people and giving them material benefits”, from which the characteristics of inclusive and utility is viewed.
