构建“三小时经济圈” 促进山西经济协调发展

Constructing a"Three-Hour-Economy-Circle"to Promote the Harmonious Development of Shanxi Economy

依托“大”字型高速公路主干网这一交通网络,形成以太原为中心,以三小时车程为半径,涵盖省内重要经济区域的“三小时经济圈”,为实现全省区域经济协调发展,构建新的经济发展模式提供了可能。文章从坚持科学发展观、促进区域经济全面协调可持续发展这一角度,论述了构建“三小时经济圈”的背景及意义,阐述了构建“三小时经济圈”的基本思路并提出了一些措施建议。

Taking the promotion of harmonious, comprehensive and sustainable development of area economy as the guideline, this paper put forward with a new economic model of Shanxi economic development. That is a cob - web made up of Taiyuan as the core and other main economic areas within the radius of 3 - hour drive by the free way. To confirm the model, this paper not only describes the background and the significance of the construction of the “ 3- hour- economy - circle”, but also illustrates the basic ideas of the construction and the measures which should be taken.
