摘要
目的:观察针刺对单纯性肥胖大鼠下丘脑组织线粒体Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性的影响。方法:用高脂饲料喂养制作单纯性肥胖大鼠模型。针刺肥胖大鼠“后三里”和“中脘”穴,并接通电针仪。每次10min,每日一次,“后三里”穴左右轮换,连续治疗14d。结果:针刺组大鼠体重和Lee's指数比肥胖模型组降低(p<0.01或p<0.05),下丘脑组织Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性比肥胖模型组提高(p<0.01)。但与普食组仍有一定的差异(p<0.05)。结论:肥胖大鼠下丘脑组织Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性的提高可能是针刺减肥的作用机制之一;针刺减肥需要一定的过程。
Objective:To explore the influence of acupunture on hypothalamus line grain of body Na^+-K^+-ATPenzyme activity of the simple obesitybigrats . Methods : The experiment feed the rats with high fat fodder to make the model of the simple obesity big rats. To acupuncture with electric on “housanli” and “zhongwan” of the obesity big rats. with left and right interchange 10mins each time and one time a day for 14days. Results:The heavy of body and Lee's of the acupauncture group decreased ( P 〈 0.05or P 〈 0.01 ) to the model group. The hypothalamus Na^+-K^+-ATPenzyme activity of the simple obesity big rats increased higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than the model group , but there are still differences from the normal group. Conclusion:The improvements of the hypothalamus Na^+-K^+-ATPenzyme activity of the obesity big rats may be one of the mechanisms,but it needs process.
