聚氨酯涂膜发白现象的研究与病因分析

Studies on Film Blushing of Polyurethane Coatings and Causes Analysis

针对出现漆膜发白现象的涂装养护环境,提出与其具有高度相关性的实验室模拟研究方法,探讨了温度、湿度、漆膜厚度、漆膜干燥时间、填料添加量等因素对聚氨酯透明底漆漆膜发白现象的影响,并对漆膜发白的原因进行了初步分析。

This article,in terms of the finishing and conditioning circumstance when film blushing occurred,has provided a simulated lab experiment approach and discussed the influence of temperature,humidity,film thickness,dry time and filler dosage on film blushing of polyurethane coatings.A preliminary analysis for the causes of film blushing is given.
