漫谈蛋白酶复合体

摘要 蛋白酶复合体又称为蛋白酶体或多催化功能蛋白酶,是真核细胞中主要的蛋白质降解系统。本文概述了蛋白酶复合体的结构组成和作用机理,展望了蛋白酶复合体的应用前景。
