较长泥龄时SUFR系统运行效果的试验分析 被引量:4

摘要 结合螺旋升流式反应器(Spiral Up-Flow Reactor,SUFR)的特性,通过对比试验分析SUFR系统在较长泥龄时(主要在32d左右)运行的工艺特点.试验结果表明,SUFR系统(θc=32 d)出水COD和TN分别小于40 mg/L﹑10 mg/ L;SUFR系统(θc=32 d)除磷率随着泥龄的延长有一定的下降,但出水TP一直稳定在0.5 mg/L内; SUFR系统(θc=32 d)的SOUR值为10~18 mgDO/(gVSS·h)之间.这说明,接近活塞流特征的SUFR系统可以减轻较长泥龄对污水处理的负影响.该系统具有更宽的泥龄适应范围. According to the characteristic of Spiral up-flow reactor(SUFR) system, the peculiarities of the SUFR system with the longer sludge age are analyzed through test comparison . The operating result of SUFR system( θc =32 d) shows that the effluent COD is less than 40 mg/L and the effluent TN is less than 10 mg/L. The removal of TP in the SUFR system( θc = 32 d) is less than 0.5 mg/L, although the decrease of removal of TP coupled with longer sludge age is observed. And SOUR of the sludge in the aerobic zone of SUFR system( θc =32 d)is in the range of 10 ~ 18 mgDO/( gVSS h). It is indicated that longer sludge age negative effects are compensated by the characteristic of the SUFR system, which is similar to plug-flow-reactor. The optimal sludge age range of the SUFR system is wider.
