摘要
本文通过分析我国莜麦主产区──内蒙古中西部地区的莜麦特点及传统加工工艺中存在的问题说明了利用“热风炉”“热风滚筒”进行进麦加工的过程、原理及应用情况。其用于莜麦加工的烘炒过程中，工作原理是将高温烟气吸入热风滚筒的夹层中，物料在滚筒内层烘炒后再进行研磨。该设备解决了饭麦加工工艺中长期存在的环境恶劣等问题，在不断完善后，必将带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。
Central and west.Mongolia is the rnainarea for naked oats production inChina. The paper analysed the characteristics of the naked oat's&the problems of the tra-ditional processing techmgties introduces a new processing technigue by using“hot air furnace&hot air cylincler”.The principle,is that naked oats is cooked a certain period in the cylinderby using hot air inhaled from hot air cylinder for heating medium,and granded after cool-ing.The new equipments have resolved a Lomg-term problem on protection of working con-dition.
