System of Patrol and Management for Transmission Line Based on GPS/GSM Handset

摘要 基于GPS/GSM的手持仪,具有体积小、灵敏度好、定位精度高、便于携带的特点。利用GPS接收机采集输电线路信息,编辑短消息通过GSM网络将数据传送回电力部门,完成对输电线路的参数记录,方便了工作人员对线路的管理维护。同时,系统将线路巡视和设备管理维护有机结合,后台数据库配合地理信息系统GIS;故障时,快速查询故障设备参数、位置等信息,及时维修减少损失,对电力系统的管理维护起到积极作用。 Handset based on GPS/GSM is small, convenient for schlep, and it has high sensitivity and positioning precision. With Jupiter GPS receiver, collecting the information of transmission line, and compiling short message of the information sent to the department of the management through GSM network. Thus, the parameter of the transmission line is on file, and it can provide convenience for the work of managing and servicing. Patrol and management were combined to the system, using the background database and GIS, the manager can find out the information of the broken-down equipment, such as parameter and situation. Known the information, they can maintain it timely, which make the expense reduced. By this broken, the system have great positive action to the management and maintenance of the electrodynamics system.
