发动机最佳酒精掺烧率随工况变化规律的试验研究

摘要 采用二次正交回归旋转组合试验设计,以掺烧酒精时对发动机性能产生影响的混合比例、发动机负荷及转速为试验因素,以发动机的有效功率、燃油消耗率、噪声及排放等为指标,在柴油发动机上进行实验,研究了各种因素及因素之间的交互作用对发动机性能指标的影响,建立了柴油/酒精最佳比随转速、负荷变化的数学模型,并对数学模型进行优化,揭示不同工况下最佳酒精掺烧比例的变化规律。 In this paper, some experiments have been done by the application of experiment design of orthogonai rotation regression, when the factors are load, speed of engine and mixed proportion which is influential to the engine performance under the combustion of diesel/alcohol mixed fuel, while the effective power, consumption of fuel, noise and emission and so on, are the indexes. Therefore, the effect to engine performance of each factor and the interaction among the factors have been studied, meanwhile, the mathematical model to the optimal mixed proportion which follows the variation of speed and load in combustion of diesel/alcohol mixed fuel also has been established and optimized, as a result, the variation rules of optimal mixed proportion in deferent tasks are brought out.
