多年以来,实验室的管理一直停留在手工书写、纸袋存储的管理层次上。然而,实验室的设备信息多而复杂,实验教师、实验学生流动性大,这就需要实验室管理人员花费很大的精力来记录、整理、添加、选择实验设备信息,管理工作既繁复又枯燥。尽管每个实验室为维护这些信息已花费了很大的人力和物力,但效率并不高,而且很容易出错,更谈不上信息的快速检索与科学分析。计算机能实现对各项信息快速、准确地记录、存储和检索。随着计算机的普及和应用,用计算机来处理实验室信息显得越来越重要。为此,针对实验室的管理现状,建立基于ASP的实验室管理信息系统,可以提高实验室信息的实时性和准确性,提高实验室的使用价值。

But owning to the much and complicated information of lab equipments, the great mobility of staff, lab administrative staff needed to spend great energies on recording, arranging, adding, and selecting the information of lab equipments, which were heavy and complicated, as well as monotonous. Though many manpower and materiel have been spent on maintaining this information, its efficiency was low, and it was easy to make mistakes, let alone fast searching and scientifically analyzing the information. Computer can realize recording, storing and searching information quickly and exactly. With popularizing and applying the computer, the lab information is conducted by computer seems to be more and more important. For this reason, this paper has carried out the management information system of lab based on ASP through the analysis of present situation of the management of lab. The study can develop the information＇s veracity and make the best use of the lab.
