This paper has introduced history and current situation of the basin water pollution of Huaihe River of Anhui Province , has analysed the characteristic of the basin water pollution of Huaihe River , to realizing that the possibility of “the Tenth Five-Year Plan of provention and control of water pollution of basin of Huaihe River” has carried on the discussion.
