摘要
基于轴承滚动体接触疲劳寿命概率分布服从Weibull分布和Miner累积损伤理论的失效依据,提出滚动体接触疲劳累积损伤的可靠性预测模型;同时以滚动体心部应力为失效依据,导出滚动体可靠性模型,综合考虑滚动体多失效情况,提出一种新的基于多失效模式的轴承滚动体可靠性模型。最后用实例说明了应用该模型预测轴承滚动体可靠度的方法。
Based on probability distribution of the contact fatigue life of Weibull distribution of the rolling dements and the invalidation criterion of Miner cumulation damage failure theory,the reliability predication model of the contact fatigue cumulation damage of fire roUing elements is put forwards. At the same time, taking fire center stresses as invalidation criterion, the fatigue rupture reliability model of the rolling elements is proposed, and a new rolling elements reliability model based on multi-failure modes is brought in real by thinking synthetically of multi-invalidation case of the rolling elements. Finally, the method in which this model is used to predicate the reliability of rolling elements is explained by practical example.
