On the construction of harmonious society in the area of human right

和谐社会必然建立在尊重和保障人权的基础之上。资本主义社会是一个自我异化、阶级对抗的不和谐社会,真正的“人权”享有、社会高度和睦是在未来的共产主义社会。尊重和保障人权具有整合社会的功能:有助于建立稳定和谐的政治秩序;有助于推进市场经济和市民社会组织体系的和谐发展;有助于超越多元社会价值之间的冲突。构建社会主义和谐社会,必须建立保障社会和谐的人权运行机制,包括人权保障机制、人权激励机制、人权协调机制、人权救济机制和人权监督机制。

Harmonious society is based on the respect and insurance of human fight. Capitalist society is an inharmonious one that is full of self- alienation and class confrontation. The real enjoyment of human fight and highly social harmony will exist in the communist society. To respect and insure human fight has the functions of integrating society ： it is good for constructing steady and harmonious political order, advancing the harmonious development of market economy and organization system of residential society and surpassing the conflicts between values in a multi-society. To construct socialist harmonious society, a human fight which indudes human fight insurance mechanism, mechanism, human fight relieving mechanism and operating mechanism that insures social harmony must be built, human fight encouraging mechanism, human fight coordinating human fight supervising mechanism Key words ： human fight ; socialism; harmonious society ; mechanism
