试论抗战时期中共对日俘教育改造之政策——以延安日本工农学校为例

On CCP's policy to the education and reform of Japanese captives during the Anti-Japanese War——Taking the Yan'an Japanese Worker and Peasant School as an Example

延安日本工农学校是抗战时期中国共产党教育改造日本战俘的一所学校。该校对日俘的改造不仅仅是说服教育,更重要的是凭借中共党人自身的优良作风和良好精神面貌的熏染,实现对日俘战争观和人生观的转变。中国共产党改造日俘的政策,有效地瓦解和削弱了日军的战斗力,壮大了国际反战同盟,为夺取抗战的胜利产生了重要作用。

The Yan＇ an Worker and Peasant School was a school where the Chinese Communist Party reformed and educated Japanese captives. The school tried a method of reform on Japanese captives not only by persuasion and education but also by influencing them through the Party members＇ excellent working style and good mental outlook, and realized the transformation of their outlook on life and war. The CCP＇ s reform policy to Japanese captives effectively weakened and disintegrated the Japanese battle forces as well as expanded the international anti-war union and played a very important role in winning the victory of Anti-Japanese War.
