电子政府的建设已成为一种世界性潮流,是政府管理现代化的必然趋势。我国的电子政务建设尚处于起步和探索阶段,不可避免地存在着一些问题,包括各自为政、政府信息资源严重滞后、政府上网工程有待深入、忽视公众的参与和对公众的服务等。要达到建立现代电子政府的目标,我国电子政务建设必须做到:建立统一的网络门户,对无序的信息进行有序的整合,加强信息立法,建立统一技术标准,加强电子政务的安全保障。

The construction of electronic government has become a current all over the world, which is an inexorable trend for the modernization of governmental management. The construction of electronic government affairs in our country is still in its beginning and probing stages. Thus, problems inevitably exist ： lack of coordination, government information resource＇ s lagging behind ; the government＇ s Internet surfing project＇ s needing deepening ; neglecting the participation of the public and serving the public. The construction of our government electronic affairs must do as follows in order to achieve the goal of establishing modern electronic government ： establishing unified network ; integrating disordered information into ordered information ; strengthening the legislation of information ; setting up unified technical norms and strengthening the safety control of electronic government affairs.
