摘要 目的探索预防运动损伤的最佳方案。方法将新乡医学院2002级8个班(284人)学生分成两组,采用对比实验教学、问卷调查等方法进行研究分析。结果2002级实验组学生运动损伤率显著低于对照组,造成运动损伤的原因有准备活动不足、技术动作不正确、碰撞、意外、偶然因素等。结论在体育教学中对大学生培养自我保护意识,对预防运动损伤是行之有效的。 Objective To explore the best scheme of protection of sport injury. Methods Two hundred and eightyfour students from 8 classes of grade 2002 in Xinxiang Medical College were divided into two groups, trial group and control group. Contrast trial teaching questionnaire survey were performed to research and analyze. Results Rate of sport injury in students of trial group was obviously lower than that in those of control group. Sport injury was caused by factors including being short of warming-up, incorrectness of exercise skill, collision, emergency and causal factors. Conclusion Awareness of self-protection should be cultivated during physical teaching, which is effective to protect sport injury.
