体外冲击波碎石治疗上尿路结石6818例

Extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy for treatment of 6818 cases of upper urinary tract stones

目的评价上尿路结石体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析了6818例上尿路结石患者ESWL的临床资料,其中肾结石3977例,输尿管结石2326例,肾脏合并输尿管结石515例。结果6818例全部粉碎,肾结石成功率为99.08%,输尿管结石成功率为98.07%,肾脏合并输尿管结石成功率为98.62%。结论ESWL是治疗上尿路结石的理想方法。严格掌握好其适应证,积极预防或减少并发症的发生是提高其疗效的关键。

Objective To evaluate curative effects of extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy（ESWL） for treatment of upper urinary tract stones. Methods Clinical data of 6818 patients （ including 4126 men and 2692 women） with upper urinary tract stones performed with ESWL were analyzed retrospectively. Among of 6818 patients, 3977 cases were renal stones ,2326 ureterolith, rcnaal stones complicated with ureterolith were 515 cases. Results All cases of stones were all crushed , successful rate of renal lithiasis was 99.08%, ureterolith was 98.07% and renal lithiasis associated with ureterolith was 98. 6 %. Conclusion ESWL is an ideal treatment of upper urinary tract stones. Strictly controlling indication and active precaution or reduction of occurrence of complications are key to improve efficacy.
