摘要
介绍了激光熔覆加工中形成的涂层、结合区、基体这一多层结构,以及它们之间的物理、机械性能的差异所导致的热应力及热应变,并建立了该种层结构的数学和物理模型。
This paper introduces a kind of structure which is composed ot ctadding layer, combining layer, ana basal body in laser cladding. The thermal stress and thermal strain are generated because of the different performances among them. The mathematical and physical modules are also set up.
