摘要
本文试图通过对英汉两种语言中隐喻意义的对比分析(分四种情况进行),来阐释隐喻所折射出的文化内涵,以期达到促进跨文化交流的目的。
Through the comparative study of metaphorical meanings in English and the Chinese language （studied in four cases）, the paper is aimed to explore the cultural connotation metaphor reflects, which is hoped to promote crossculture communication.
