摘要
研究了用硫酸沉淀法制备纳米白炭黑的方法和工艺路线,利用现代分析测试手段对制备的白炭黑的结构、粒径、表观物理化学性质进行了表征。研究表明:本实验制备的白炭黑为纳米非晶态,平均粒径35nm,其原子平均距离0.726nm,有序畴尺寸为几个原子距离,表观活化能35.566kJ/mol。
In this paper, the preparation method and production process of nanosilica by vitriol precipitation were investigated. The structure, grain size, apparent physics and chemical performances were characterized by the advanced analysis and testing means. The results show that the obtained product is amorphous nanosilica. Its average diameter is 35 nm, atom average distance 0.726nm, ordering domain the distance of several atoms and apparent activation energy 35.566 kJ/mol.
