摘要
30例急性痛风患者运用“痛风协定方”治疗,疗程为2周。观察治疗前后尿酸水平的变化。结果:血尿酸降低和尿尿酸升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。提示本方有良好的促进尿酸排泄,降低血尿酸的作用。
Thirty cases of acute gout were treated by＂ Tongfeng Xie ding Decoction＂for two weeks. The plasma uric acid and urine uric acid were observed before and after treatment. Results ：The plasma uric acid reduced and urine uric acid increased obviously （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01 ）. It is indicated that this Decoction is quite effective to promote the discharge of uric acid and reduce plasma uric acid.
