摘要
介绍了一种基于单片机控制的可预置工作电流值、工作温度值的半导体激光器可靠性评估系统的软、硬件设计方法。该方法以89C51单片机为核心部件,通过闭环反馈控制系统对工作电流、工作温度进行比较、调整,提高系统精度。该可靠性评估系统可实时显示工作电流及工作温度值。
This paper describes the hardware and software design methodology for semiconductor laser burn-in equipment controlled by single-chip microcomputer. This equipment controlled by singlechip microcomputer could setup burn-in current and temperature, and use the feedback loop controlled system to compare and adjust the burn-in current and temperature, so that it has high accuracy. The equipment could display working current and temperature.
