摘要
在我国分业经营体制下,金融控股公司如雨后春笋般诞生了。探讨金融控股公司特有的风险并加以防范和化解,使这种新兴组织形式对中国金融业发展起到更为积极的作用。
Under the system of divided operation, financial holding companies spring up quickly. We should probe into the special risks of these companies and try to prevent and solves them; make this new form of organization play an active role in Chinese financial development.
