摘要
转速是液体火箭发动机试车的重要特征参数,通过讨论发动机即时转速的时域计数法、频谱最大法、相位残差等三种方法的优缺点以及误差分析,提出了将三种方法有机结合起来的综合算法,并将该方法应用到两种液体火箭发动机涡轮泵转速的处理中。实践证明,综合处理方法继承了各种方法的优点,避免了它们的缺点,具有工程实用价值。
Rotating speed is one of important characteristic parameters for liquid-propellant rocket engine. The wave count method, max-spectral method and phase residual error method are researched. By compare to advantage and disadvantage with them, it derives a synthetical algorithm. The synthetical algorithm is used into rotating speed analysis of two kinds of liquid-propellant rocket engine turbo pump. The fact shows the synthetical algorithm inherits the form three' s advantage and avoids the shortage. It has high engineering practicability.
