摘要
提出了一种N2O-C2H2火焰原子吸收光谱法测试热电池正极粉中钙含量.并对样品消化处理条件和干扰因素进行了综合考虑.该方法具有很好的灵敏度、很好的重现性、同时具有方法步骤简单,操作容易掌握,干扰少等特点.测试样品钙含量,相对标准偏差均小于1.0%(n=10),标准加入回收率均在97.0%~102.0%(n=6)范围.达到了实验室的仪器分析质量与测试技术质量控制要求.
The application of Nitrous oxide-ethane flame atomic absorbing spectral method to measure the content of Calcium in the positive electrode powder of thermal batteries is presented. A synthetic consideration to conditions for Calcium and interference factors are introduced. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, simple operation, easy master, short analyzing cycle and less interference. The relative standard deviation of measurements are less than 1.0% (n = 10).The range of standard adding and 102.0%, the practice shows that the method is suited to measure the Calcium trode powder of thermal batteries. recovery is between 97.0% content in the positive electrode powder of thermal batteries.
