采用计算机进行集中测控,将6座焦炉集气管压力、调节阀执行机构等信号均由计算机统一测控。应用模糊控制理论,开发计算机控制软件系统,克服耦合振荡干扰,动态控制初冷器前吸力,平衡和稳定各焦炉集气管压力在设定值±30Pa以内。
The signals of the pressure of the gas collecting pipes of and the operating mechanism of the adjusting valves of the six sets of coke ovens can be monitored and controlled by concentrated monitoring and controlling using computers. The pressure of the gas collecting pipes is balanced and stabilized within setpiont of ± 30Pa by overtaking coupled oscillating interference and dynamically controlling the front suction throush developing computer controlled software system using fuzzy control theory.
