做好资金管理 确保莱钢运行的血液畅通

莱钢在“十五”期间步入了快速发展期，需要大量的资金供应来保证生产经营建设和重点工程建设的顺利进行。在当前宏观调控政策下，靠银行信贷资金支付的难度加大；靠企业盈余及折旧实现的经营资金流无法支持莱钢超常规发展所需资金。本文从加大融资力度，搭建新的融资平台，拓宽融资渠道等几个方面介绍了维持资金链稳固的措施。

In ＂the Tenth Five - Year＂ period, Laiwu Steel has stepped into rapid developing time, in which a very large amount of fund is needed in order to keep smooth operation of production, marketing and construction and of key construction projects. Under the current policy of macro-control, it becomes more difficult to depend on credit aid, and it is unrealistic to satisfy the fund demand to support Laiwu Steel＇s extra-conventional quick development relying on the fund current obtained from enterprise itself profit and depreciation. This paper discusses the measures to maintain stable fund chain from the aspects of enhancing financing, establishing new financing plat and widening financing channels.
