实验用细胞可吞噬钛微粒的制备与表征分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨从国产工业纯钛粉中分离细胞可吞噬钛微粒的方法,为人工关节假体松动相关研究提供材料。方法将1000mg工业纯钛粉置入玻璃烧杯中,加入无水乙醇1500ml,充分搅拌混合,室温下静置后,从上层混悬液中收集钛微粒,采用粒度分析仪及扫描电镜观察钛微粒表征。结果获得的钛微粒平均粒径约为(1.169±0.484)μm,99.7%的粒径<3μm,粒径分布曲线呈正态分布;扫描电镜观察见钛微粒呈类球形,均匀,分散性好。结论无水乙醇重力液力分级法能有效地分离实验用细胞可吞噬钛微粒,其表征与国外所用相关材料相似。 Objective To explore the method for isolation of phagocytosable titanium particles from homeland commercially pure titanium powders in order to provide experimental materials for the correlative study of artificial prosthetic loosening. Methods 1 000 mg titanium powders were put into glass beaker, mixed enough with 1 500 ml anhydrous alcohol, and then particles were collected from the upper suspension after standing. Tokens of the prepared particles were determined by means of granulometer measurement and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results The mean diameter of the isolated titanium particles was about (1. 169±0. 484) μm, and up to 99.7 % of the particles were smaller than 3 μm in diameter with normal size distribution curve. SEM revealed that the particle exhibited an approximately spherical shape, equality and a fully dispersed state. Conclusion In anhydrous alcohol medium, phagocytosable particulate titanium being similar to the token describing in foreign literatures can be effectively isolated by liquid gravitational classification.
