摘要
总结展望了变压器在线监测的油中溶解气体分析(DGA)法。DGA在线监测技术包括单组分、多组分气体两大类。单组分的H2监测技术运用较早,能监测内部初期故障,并反映多数电气缺陷,但有监测组分单一、故障诊断迟延等技术局限。综合对比了气相色谱、传感器阵列、红外光谱和光声光谱4种多组分监测技术及其相应的关键点。探讨了在线监测技术的无载气化、监测对象综合化、信息融合及一体化的发展方向。
Transformer on-line monitoring approaches are summarized and predicted on the basis of the dissolved gas analysis (DGA). The online monitoring includes single-component gas and multi-component gas analysis. Based on single hydrogen monitoring, this technology can detect inner initial defects and mostly electric failures, however it is limited by possible monitoring component simplification and defect diagnosis delay. Multi-component gas approaches such as gas chromatography, transducer array approach, FTIR and optic-sonic spectrometry are also summarized, and relevant key technique is presented. Then above technologies are compared. On-line monitoring technologies are Predicted, which may be characterized in the absence of carrier carrier gases, including all kinds of gas and a comprehensive monitoring content, and be integrated with other automation technologies.
