固定修复对深龋牙髓健康影响的临床研究

Clinical study on the impact of fixed prosthesis on pulp tissue of deep caries

目的探讨固定修复术对深龋牙髓健康的影响。方法124颗需要固定修复的患牙以年龄、性别、牙位配对分成深龋组(64颗)与对照组(64颗),记录两组在两年中的牙髓状况。结果深龋组在两年观察中8例发生牙髓炎,发生率12.7%;对照组1例牙髓炎,发生率1.6%;经χ2检验差异有极其显著的统计学意义。结论深龋患牙采用固定修复应慎重。

Objective To evaluate the impact of fixed prosthesis on pulp tissue of deep caries. Methods One hundred and twenty four teeth were allocated to two groups and paired according to age, sex and tooth position. Sixtytwo teeth in the deep caries group, the others in the control group. The pulp tissue conditions were recorded for every month within 2 years. Results Eight pulpitis were founded in deep caries group. The frequency rate was 12.7 %. Only 1 pulpitis was detected in the control group. The rate was 1.6 %. Conclusion It should be more cautious to adopt fixed prosthesis on deep caries tooth.
