摘要
探讨了高级汽车修补腻子的性能与主要成膜物、颜料、填料、固化剂、促进剂的关系,然后设计出以不饱和聚酯树脂、苯乙烯、滑石粉、碳酸钙、碳酸钡、环烷酸钴、过氧化环己酮等为原材料的汽车用腻子配方,通过引发和交联反应及轧浆、分散等机械加工,制备出具有干透性好、附着力高、易打磨等优良性能的腻子,在高级汽车修补方面具有广阔的应用前景。
The relationship that the properties of the advanced car repairing putty with forming material, paint, filling, cure agent and accelerant was discussed. The compounding recipe was designed based on the raw material as follows: unsaturated polyester resin, styrene, talcum powder, calcium carbonate, barium carbonate, cobalt naphthenate and cyclohexanone peroxide, etc. The putty was prepared through the chemical reaction and mechanical trestment which has the fine properties such as dry out fast, high adhesion, easy buffing and so on.
