Fire and Explosion Hazard Evaluation of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Storage Tank Zone

采用火灾爆炸危险指数评价法,对液化石油气储罐区火灾爆炸事故的危险性进行定量安全评价。根据某炼油厂在役的液化石油气球罐的数据,计算了火灾爆炸指数和考虑了防火防爆措施后的安全措施补偿系数,并估算了发生爆炸可能影响的范围和所造成的损失,提出评价结论及相应的安全对策。

The fire and explosion hazard in liquefied petroleum gas storage tank zone were evaluated quantitatively by the fire and explosion hazard index method. Based on the datum of the serviced liquefied petroleum gas spherical tank in a refinery, the fire and explosion hazard index and safety compensate coefficients after taking the fireproof and flameproof measurements are evaluated. The loss and possible effective coverage area were computed. The evaluation conclusion and safety countermeasures were presented.
