确立科学发展观 整合利用高等职业技术教育资源

我省近几年高等教育增长率迅速提高。其中,高职教育的规模在高等教育的规模结构比例中占大头,在未来的高等教育发展中高职教育的作用将举足轻重。然而,高职院校存在布局、规模、专业结构不合理,不适应发展以及办学质量不达标等方面比较严重的问题。通过对高职教育的资源整合,从扩大规模和投资效益两大方面看,具有相当大的潜力可挖。应当确立科学的发展理念,理清发展思路,进行高职教育资源调整,以推动我省高职教育的进一步发展,争取更大的办学效益和更高的教育质量。

Higher polytechnic education has been taking a bigger part and playing a very important role in Guangdong higher education. However, serious problems in distribution, scale, structure of specialties and educational quality have arisen in this part of Guangdong higher education. We should form some scientific ideas and carry out practical measures in the development of polytechnic education so as to bring about a greater advancement to it, make a better effect and improve the quality in this part of Guangdong higher education.
