摘要 柴油机的进气道对进入气缸的空气量和气体的速度分布有着重要的影响。介绍了将三维外形扫描,曲面造型,流体计算与分析,稳流试验台试验等现代技术手段相结合开展柴油机气道设计的方法。利用此方法可以高效快捷地对柴油机气道进行设计和改进。 The intake port has great influence on the amount and velocity of air entering cylinder in the diesel engine. In this paper, the design means of diesel engine port in whieh measuring of three dimensional outline shape, the surfaee modeling of measuring date, CFD simulation and analysis, the testing in the steady flow test device are used is introduced. It is convenient and efficient to design or improve the diesel engine port with this method.
