摘要
测定了355nm紫外线光烧蚀AgCl,CuCl和CuCl2产生的等离子体发光光谱顺300~500nm范围内的发光谱线可归属为激光态金属原子的发射线,飞行时间质谱测定表明激光烧蚀产生的正,负离子主要有Ag,Cu,Cu2Cl^+,Cu2Cl2^+,Cu3Cl2及Cl,AgCl,AgCl2,Ag2Cl3,CuCl,CuCl2,Cu2Cl3等,对激光烧蚀机理也进行了讨论。
By using both optical emission spectroscopy and time-of-filght mass spectrometry,355 nm laser ablation of AgCl,CuCl and CuCl_2 was investigated,The optical emission spectra of plasma plume produced by laser ablated AgCl and CuCl show that the Cu and Ag atomic emission dominates in the spectral region 300~500 nm.The observed sharp lines can be assigned by the transitions of excited metal atoms.The dependence of emission line intensity on the laser fluence implies that the multiphoton absorption plays an important role in the laser ablation process.The time-of-flight mass spectra show that mainly positive and negative ions produced by laser ablation are Ag ̄+and Cl ̄-,for AgCl.Cu+,and Cl ̄-,CuCl ̄-,for CuCl,respectively.Possible mechanisms for the production of these ions in the UV laser ablation process are discussed.
