摘要
利用视频信号的先验知识,对视频信号中不重要的区域进行粗编码,而对重要的区域进行精确的编码,可以提高视频编码的效率。文中提出了一种基于图像特性的视频编码速率控制策略。仿真结果表明:采用文中提出的方法能很好地反映图像的特性,有效地减少、避免缓冲区出现上、下溢,使输出码率趋于稳定。同时,重建视频信号的信噪比也有所提高。
Using a priori knowledge about video signal, video coding efficiency eould be improved by coding the regions of interest more accurately than the rest of video content. A strategy of video coding rate control based on the regions of interest is proposed in this paper. The simulation results show that the rate control strategy proposed in this paper can effectively reduee and avoid the overflow and underflow of the eneoder buffer,and the output bit rates tend to stabilization. The peak signal - to - noise ratio (PSNR) of the reeonstructed pieture is raised.
