摘要 采用AutoCAD嵌入式开发语言AutoLISP,实现基于特征的机械产品三维参数化造型。以AutoCAD2000为开发平台,以渐开线式直齿圆柱齿轮为例,采用了两种参数化造型方法,成功实现了直齿圆柱齿轮的三维参数化建模。用户在使用时可以根据具体需求输入参数值。设计出的齿轮具有良好的延续性和继承性。用仿真加工的方法对直齿圆柱齿轮进行参数化建模,不仅能实现尺寸驱动模型,还能生成准确度较高的标准齿轮模型,该方法的提出将为设计其它几何形状更为复杂的机械零件提供一定的帮助。 Adopting AutoLISP language in AutoCAD, 3D parameterized modeling of machine products based on features was realized. Under the platform of AutoCAD2000, taking a straight toothed gear for an example, two kinds of parameterized modeling methods were adopted to implement 3D parameterized modeling of straight toothed gear. The gear can be generated after a user inputs necessary parameter values. The designed gear has good heritage characteristics, therefore reduces repeated working of designers and improves greatly design efficiency. Using emulation machining method to model a straight toothed gear parametrically, it can not only implement dimension driving, but also generate accurate standard gear model. The method will provide a design basis for more complicated machine parts.
