藿香正气液及其组方药物对大鼠胃排空和肠推进作用的影响

Effect of Huxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid with Drugs in the Prescription on Gastric Emptying and Intestinal Advancing of Rats

目的:观察藿香正气液及其组方药物对大鼠胃排空及肠推进的影响。方法:130只Wistar大鼠随机分为藿香正气液组、西沙必利组、空白对照组和组方各药物组,在给大鼠分组灌服藿香正气液或生理盐水或西沙必利后观察大鼠胃排空和肠推进运动的变化。结果:应用藿香正气液后大鼠胃肠运动显著增强,但各单味药的作用并不一致。结论:藿香正气液有促胃肠动力作用,该作用可能不是其组方药物作用的简单相加。

Objective ： To observe the effects of Ageratum - liquid on motility of rats. Methods ： 130 wistar rats were randomly divided into Ageratum - liquid group, cisapride group, control group, and other singel berber groups. After Ageratum - liquid, cisapride, and other singel berber was taken,the changes of gastrointestinal motility of rats were assayed. Results：The gastrointestinal motility of rats was markedly enhanced in Ageratum - liquid group. Conclusions ： Ageratum - liquid have almost the same promoting effects with cisapride on motility of rats.
