摘要
本文采用快速脂肪提取法取代索氏提取法,提取时间仅需45min,提取率98.8%以上。并利用50m×0.35mmi.d.PEG-20M玻璃毛细管住,分析了山东黄海海域尖海龙与日本海马脂肪中的脂肪酸。其中,尖海龙分离出59个峰,鉴定了42个;日本海马分离出52个峰,鉴定了41个;分别占脂肪酸总量的97.3%和98.0%。测得尖海龙脂肪中EPA+DHA占31.0%,日本海马为14.1%。
Fat was extracted by means of rapid fat extractor instead of Soxhlet fat extractor.With 45 min, extraction rate was over 98. 8%. Fatty acids of S. acus Linnaeus and H. japonicus Kaup near Yellow Sea of Shandong Province were separated and analyzed by a 50 m ×0. 35 mm i. d. PEG-20 M glass capillary column and the detector of FID. Of them, 59 peaks and 52 peaks were separated, 42 peaks and 41 peaks were qualified with GC/MS respectively. They were 97. 3% and 98.0% of total fatty acids. Of them, eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid of S. acus Linnaeus were 31.0%, H. japonicus Kaup 14. 1%.
