顶空气相色谱法测定血清中微量碘

Determination of Trace Iodine in Serum by Headspace Gas Chromatography

根据碘离子与硫酸二甲酯反应生成挥发性的碘甲烷，应用顶空GC法测定血清中的微量碘，回收率为88．26％～95．72％，相对标准偏差为0．72％～2．2％。

The headspace gas chromatography is applied to the determination of trace iodine in serum according to the reaction of I with dimethyl sulfate to form volatile CH3I. The method is simple, quick and accurate, and it has a higher sensitivity, less interference, better recurrence, the recovery is 88. 26%~ 95. 72%, the lower limit of determination is 20 ng/L.
