摘要
教师信息技术培训具有自身的规律和特点,根据其特点因事而宜,在培训中处理好课堂教学与上机操作、理论与技术、知识与应用等关系,运用任务驱动、画龙点睛指导、激励后续学习、优化上机训练环境等方法开展实训,能收到较好的培训效果。
Teacher Information-technology training has its own rules and characteristics. In view of the rule and characteristics, we should balance the relationship between classroom training and practicing on computer, theory and technology, knowledge and practice in the process of training. Meanwhile we should make use of such strategies as task driving, instructing key point, inspiring continuous learning, optimizing the environment of training on computer, and so on, in order to conduct real training. Thus we can obtain a better training effect.
