妊娠合并外阴阴道念珠菌病的治疗体会

My Personal Understanding About the Cure of the Vulva Vaginal Candidiasis Complicated by a Gestation

目的总结对妊娠合并外阴阴道念珠菌病的治疗效果及复发情况。方法将52例妊娠合并外阴阴道念珠菌病患者随机分为两组,一组用一洗净稀释液冲洗阴道后放置硝酸咪康唑栓,1次d,7d为一疗程。另一组用2%～4%碳酸氢钠溶液冲洗阴道后放置米可定阴道泡腾片(含制霉菌素),1次d,10～14d为一疗程。结果硝酸咪康唑组及米可定组治愈率均达100%,复发率分别是13.1%、14.2%。两组比较治愈率、复发率、用药时间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。产后随访42d,两组均有新生儿口腔念珠菌感染。结论对于妊娠合并外阴阴道念珠菌病的治疗,两组药物均有确切的疗效。

Objective To summarize the treatment result of the vulva vaginal candidiasis complicated by a gestation and its relapse. Methods 52 cases of vulva vaginal candiasis complicated by a gestation were randomly divided into two groups. For one group we place miconazole nitrate suppositories in the vagina after flushing the vagina with a dilute liquid for cleaning. For the other group, we place nystatin vaginal effervescent tablets in the vagina after flushing the vagina with the liquid of 2 % - 4% sodium bicarbonate. Results The cure rates of both groups amount to 100% and the relapse rate distinguishes to 13.1%, 14.2% .There were no obvious difference in both the cure rate and the relapse rate （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Both kinds of medicine, for the vulva vaginal candidiasis comphcated by a gestation are effective.
