静脉留置针在静脉输注甘露醇中的应用

The Application of Indwelling Needle in Transfusing Mannitol in Vein

目的探讨静脉留置针在静脉输注甘露醇中的应用。方法将120例脑外伤需甘露醇脱水的患者随机分为两组,对照组采用普通的静脉针头输液,而实验组则采用第4代静脉留置针输液,观察两组输液并发症的发生率。结果实验组的输液并发症明显少于对照组。结论静脉留置针在甘露醇脱水治疗中,不仅能提高护士的工作效率及抢救成功率,而且能减少患者的痛苦和输液并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application of indwelling needle in transfusing mannitol in vein. Methods 120 patients with brain injury who need to transfuse mannitol were randomly divided into two groups, the controll group was transfused with common vein needle to do dehydration therapy, while the experiment group was tmmsfused with indwelling needle to transfuse mannitol. The complication of the two groups were observed after being transfused. Results The complication in the experiment group was fewer than that in the controll group significantly. Conclusion In the treatment of dehydration therapy, the newest indwelling needle could improve the nursing efficiency and success rate of rescue, and also reduce patients＇ pain and complication of transfusing.
