摘要
磁场传感技术是当前国际研究与应用的一个热点方向,近几十年取得了非常迅速的发展.笔者综合考查了国际上各种磁场传感器技术的最新发展状况,从不同传感器的低、中、高磁场感应范围着手,对现代磁场传感技术的原理和应用做了一个总体分析与回顾.
Magnetic field sensing technology is the hot point of the international research and applications. In this paper, the status of the magnetic field is investigated. From the view angle of the low, medial and high sensing range of the different sensors, the theory and the application of the modem magnetic field sensing technology are given a general analysis and review.
