摘要
研究了在阳离子溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)及非离子(Tween80)表面活性剂存在下,3,5二溴4氨基苯基荧光酮(DBAPF)与锌的显色反应及光度性质.DBAPF与锌及CTMAB+Tween80形成多元配合物,Zn∶DBAPF=1∶2,其最大吸收峰在578nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为4.20×104L·mol-1·cm-1,锌含量在0~8μg/10mL范围内符合比尔定律,拟定方法用于大米中锌含量的测定,结果满意.
In the presence of mixed micelle of cetyl trimethyl ammonium (CTMAB) and Tween80, the color reaction of 3,5-dibrmo-4-amino phenylfluorone (DBAPF) with Zinc and its spectrophotometric property have been studied. In the buffer solution (pH=9.5), DBAPF reacts with Zinc and CTMAB+Tween80 to form a three component complex with composition of Zn : DBAPF= 1 : 2. The apparent molar absorptivity of color reaction for the determination Zinc is 4.20 × 10^-4 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1 at 578 nm wave length. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 8mg Zinc per 10 ml. The proposed method has been applied to determine the Zinc of the rice with satisfactory results.
