摘要
在讨论现有劈裂的力学模型基础上,建立了一个新的劈裂力学模型,以较好地描述在接头的胶层内的应力分布及力学行为。认为载荷是以分布力的形式作用在胶层上的。该模型还可用于解释一些试验所得的结果。
The mechanical models for the specimen under cleavage strength testing for metal to metal adhesion joints are discussed in the paper.A new mechanical model to describe the distribution of the stress in the adhesive layer of joints was estab- lished.The load in the testing can not be taken as a force acting in one point and it should be taken as a distribution load along the edge of the adhesive layer.It can be used to explain the truly mechanical behaviour of the the cleavage specimen under the action of cleavage load.
