摘要
[目的]为明确磁场对大鼠重要脏器生理功能的影响,为今后制定我国磁疗康复装置剂量限值标准提供一些毒理学参考依据。[方法]用恒定磁场(0.4T)每日0.5、1、2 h暴磁处理SD受孕母鼠至仔鼠出生,仔鼠继续饲养至10周, 检测仔鼠的肝功能、肾功能以及糖类、脂类、蛋白质、核酸代谢的相关生化指标,据此分析磁场对大鼠生理有无影响,判断磁场是否对大鼠有害。[结果]各剂量组的各项生化指标分别与对照组相比,P值均大干0.05,组间差异也无显著性。[结论]在目前暴磁剂量下旋转恒定磁场对实验SD大鼠肝肾功能及相关生化指标无有害影响。
[Objective] To study effects of rotary constant-strength magnetic field on some physiological functions in rats for establishing occupational permissible exposure limit. [Methods] From pregnancy to parturition, we used different magnetic dosage to expose pregnant rats. 10 weeks later, we measured liver and kidney function of filial generation rats and metabolic biochemical indexes of glucide, fat, protein and nucleic acid,then changes of these indexes were analyzed to estimate the magnetic hazard. [Results] All parameters in the different groups were without significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ).[ Conclusion ]Rotary constant-strength magnetic field in our experiment has not marked hazardous effects on rat offspring growth.
